Keeping Busy!!!

Hello everyone!!! I hope that everyone is doing well and having a great summer. Mom and I are home sick so I have time to update my blog.

Mom, Grammy and Grandpa took me to the OC Fair 2 weeks ago and I got to go on my 1st pony ride. I wasn't sure about it at 1st but I did enjoy myself at the end of the ride. After that we enjoyed funnel cake for dinner and if mom would have let me I would have eaten the whole thing!!!! We didn't stay very long but mom and I are going back again before it ends to see the animals and have more funnel cake.

I have been keeping busy with mom and grammy while papa is gone. Grammy and I went to Disneyland again with our cousins visiting from Denver. I even got to meet cousins we have never met before!!! I had so much fun since there were 5 of us boys and 1 girl, megan, but she's only 4 months old so she couldn't play with us. Mom and Uncle Zach met us there after they got off work. Mom and I were able to go on our favorite ride the Haunted House before Fantasmic started. It's was so cool. Mom really liked it since she had never seen it before!! I've seen it twice!!!

The next day my Great Aunt Peggy and Great Uncle Dan had a huge 50th Birthday Party for themselves. They had a band and swimming and lots of food!!! I was too busy playing in the pool with mason and Uncle Zach and watching the band to eat!!! My Uncle Lenny brought his dog Partner so I got to play with him, too. I want to get a dog now but mom says that we have to wait until papa comes home so papa can pick up the poop because she is not going to pick up the poop since she has to change my poopy diapers!

I've been learning some new words, too!!! Mom's favorite is GO! GO! GO! I can make her laugh with that one everytime!! I'm pointing and saying TREE and CAR when we're out and about. I'm trying THANK YOU out sometimes but it's a big one!!!

Mom and I have to go to bed right now so we can get better!!! Blog you later!!

Papa we miss you so much it hurts!!! We love you, our HERO always!!!

Sorry, it's been so long since I have written but mom and I have been keeping ourselves very busy the last few weeks. We've spent alot of time at Grant's house swimming. We did go to Disneyland a couple Sundays ago to ride the new Toy Story ride. I have never waited so long to get on a ride but it was worth it!!!! Mom got her pass so we are planning to go more often!! I hope everyone had a fun 4th of July!! I went swimming all day at Grant's house. Mom and I didn't make it for fireworks because I was too tired and mom wasn't feeling very good so we went to bed early.

Mom got me a Buzz bubble blaster and I am hunting for bad guys in the picture.

Today Papa's best friend David and his wife Maky came by to visit mom and I. Thank you for checking on us, it meant so much to mom that you came by. See you soon!!

Papa is doing well and will be doing 4 more weeks of training. I hope mom and I can go out to see him before he leaves!!! He says "HELLO" to everyone.

Happy Papa's Day!!!

I've had quite the weekend!! First, Happy Papa's Day to all the Papa's out there and a very special one to my Papa!!!XOXO

I spent this weekend with my Grandpa and Grammy at their cabin in Green Valley Lake. Mom had to work so she had to let me go. She really didn't want to since it was going to be, too, lonely without me and Papa at home. I had such a great time Friday was my Grammy's birthday so that was the whole reason for us going. She wanted to get out of Dodge!!! Their neighbors up there had a June Birthdays Party and we got to make homemade ice cream. My job was to put the ice in the machine that turned the cream to make it ice cream. I also got to play with the two dogs that the neighbors have. I kept calling them "Jack" (my best friend Grant's dog) since all dogs look the same to me. We took some walks and played in the dirt by the house until I got RED ANTS in my pants!!!! That was no fun. However, I did love throwing anything I could grab off the patio. Grandpa was waiting for me to hit the car but I didn't!!!

Mommy survived the weekend alone. She was so happy to see me that she kissed me and hugged me alot!!! YUCK!!! Mom says I have to go take my nap now so I'll blog you later and I'll add pics.

My Papa is doing well he says they are doing tons of medical tests and working out alot. He says it's hot and gross but he's hanging in there. He also misses me and Mommy alot and we miss him, too. Thank goodness for internet and cell phones so we can still talk to him for now.

Well today was the day we had to say goodbye to Papa. Mom and I took him to the airport this morning so he could go to Mississippi then will be going over seas. I made sure to give him lots of hugs and kisses. Mom has been really sad today but we will get through this together. Thank you to everyone who has checked up on us today. Papa says its really hot and humid in Gulfport. He says "Hello" to everyone.

We did go down to San Diego for my cousin Sarah's Birthday and Graduation Party, which made mom feel better. I played in the pool with Sarah and my other cousin Katherine. We had so much fun splashing and I was swimming like Superman with them!! Thank you ladies for playing with me!!

What a Day!!!

Boy, was yesterday busy!!!! I'm pooped. Mom and dad made me sit in the car for 2 hours while dad had to do some legal paperwork prior to his deployment. What do they expect from me!!! I can't sit for that long I have things to see and do! Mom and I took a walk around the Navy base in San Diego and saw a ton of Navy ships that just came into port and she told me that my Uncle Dave just came home on one of them. Welcome Home Uncle Dave!!!

Finally, we got to go to Sea World. We saw a couple of shows and walked to the penguins and shark areas. I really wanted to grab at the penguins but they were too far away. The lines were to long to go on the kid rides and the water rides, I would have loved to go on but I'm just too small.

I even got my picture taken with a Clydesdale horse. Man, that's a monster of an animal!

Hello everyone,

Mom finally got my blog up and running!!!! She has been a little busy lately!!! Well just to give everyone a quick update on me. I turned 1yr on May 1st. It has been a very busy year!! I have been to so many hockey games (I can't count yet to keep track), Disneyland at least 10xs, went with the girls to Vegas at least Mason (my cousin) was there for male support!! Mom and dad got married in October, I started walking in December and I am working on saying some words. Buzz, mama, papa, dada, and the latest uh-oh with my hand over my mouth. This month has been really busy with my 1st birthday party which was Buzzlightyear themed and Papa's Good Luck BBQ. Plus, the weather has been really warm so we have been swimming at my best friend Grant's house.

This weekend Mom, Papa and I went to Disneyland and today we are going to Sea World after we do paperwork for papa. We are very busy trying to get papa ready to go over seas this week but mom is still trying to cram in as much fun stuff so that papa has fun memories to take with him. I think she is doing it so she doesn't get too sad about papa leaving. She has been crying alot but I do silly stuff to make her laugh like snort like a pig or give her rasberries and kisses. We are very proud of him and we will miss him so much.

Well mom says that I have to go get dressed so we can leave for San Diego. I will blog you all later!!! and add pics from this weekend and today!!
